EXCEPTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATIONS

These three categories cannot register online until the required documentation is submitted.

Large family: Subscribers who hold large family status must present a valid card proving their large family status prior to renewal.
Retired subscribers: For subscribers over 65 years of age whose pension does not exceed €16,000 per year. It will be necessary to present an ID and an income certificate issued by Social Security for the current year.
Functional diversity: equal to or greater than 65%. It will be necessary to present an ID and a disability certificate or, if not available, the card proving the degree of disability.
